secretary fees, only require bookkeeping and tax reporting to the LHDN tax authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No need to pay additional fees to maintain the current registration status of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No requirement to disclose financial statements to the public.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disadvantages of a sole proprietorship:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owner bears all responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Higher tax payments if income reaches a specific
