Compensation and benefits expenditure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who is responsible for submitting Form E?<\/strong><br>Sole Proprietorship<br>Partnership<br>Berhad (Incorporated)<br>Private Limited Company (SDN BHD)<br>Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Under what circumstances is Form E required to be submitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn1.npcdn.net\/userfiles\/25332\/file\/image(8).png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If Form E is not submitted, the following penalties may be imposed upon discovery:<\/strong><br>1. Fine ranging from RM200 to RM20,000.<br>2. Imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months.<br>3.
